There is so much to be thankful for in the course of a day.
Gratitude is another way for connecting to God. Like love to a soul, gratitude is your love thank you back to God. Just like prayer our “thanksgivings” create a bond, a connected Invisible relationship with God inside and out. Gratitude is a high vibration frequency and countless long-term studies have demonstrated that gratitude is highly effective in obtaining a positive, appreciative attitude. A thankful heart contributes to greater success in everything: your relationships, work, health, peak performance in sports and business, a higher sense of well-being, and even a faster recovery from surgery.
Practicing gratitude takes an inner commitment. When we practice giving thanks for all we have, instead of complaining about what we lack, we give ourselves permission to see all of life as an opportunity and a blessing.
Are you aware that when you are feeling blue, just by listing 20 things you are grateful for, you will start feeling better? It is true because you change your perception.
Remember that gratitude isn’t just an optimistic approach in which the bad things in life are covered up and ignored. It’s more a matter that what we focus on creates the outcome of how we feel inside. Our pain body always wants attention, like a bad habit that won’t go away. Until we train it differently. There are numerous mind/body tools in the Planetary Coaching program for overcoming your pain body. But for now, think of how many things there are to be grateful for.
Like the colors of a sunset across the sky.
The beauty of a lake near by.
A puppy playing.
A call from a friend.
The stars in the sky.
Trees in a forest.
A warm fire to stand by on a cold night.
Flowers in the garden.
Or watching a bird soar in the sky
Since gratitude raises your vibration, it plays a remarkable role in your spiritual evolution.
